No website content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.
4. Enquiries & Bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not secure a date or guarantee availability.
A booking is confirmed only once:

Once confirmed, your event date is reserved exclusively for you.
5. Pricing & Payments
Stripe Payment Plans
Our primary payment method is via Stripe™, using a secure payment link provided through our website or sent directly to you.
Stripe payment plans do not require clients to create a Stripe account. Payment details are entered securely through Stripe's platform.
A typical payment structure includes:
- a non-refundable booking fee (deposit), followed by
- weekly instalments, calculated by dividing the remaining balance by the number of weeks until the event date
Once a Stripe payment plan is set up, payments are processed automatically.
Aesthetic DJs does not store or have access to your payment card details.
Traditional Upfront Payment
Clients may alternatively choose to pay the full balance upfront using traditional payment methods, as agreed in writing.
General Payment Terms
- Prices are subject to availability and change prior to booking
- All services must be paid in full before the event date
- Failed or missed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services
6. Cancellations & Refunds
If a confirmed booking is cancelled for any reason:
- the booking fee (deposit) is non-refundable
- all payments made, including weekly instalments, are non-refundable
By proceeding with a booking and payment plan, you acknowledge that all payments contribute toward reserving your date and availability and are retained by Aesthetic DJs.
7. Changes to Booking Details & Add-Ons
Requests to change the event date, venue, timings, or service inclusions must be made as early as possible.
While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, all changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Additional services or add-ons requested close to the event date:
- are subject to availability
- may incur additional fees
8. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- venue access restrictions or delays
- power or infrastructure failure
- extreme weather
- government restrictions
- serious illness or emergency
Where an event cannot proceed due to such circumstances, Aesthetic DJs will not be liable for losses beyond the value of services paid.
9. Service Limitations
While we take every reasonable step to deliver a high-quality experience, we do not guarantee:
- specific guest behaviour or crowd response
- exact musical outcomes or subjective preferences
- uninterrupted power or venue-supplied services
Many venues enforce strict sound or volume limits during receptions. These restrictions may affect overall volume, bass levels, or energy on the dance floor. Couples are encouraged to confirm any sound or decibel limits directly with their venue.
Our ability to perform services is dependent on timely venue access and adequate setup conditions as determined by the venue or event coordinator.
10. Equipment & Safety
All equipment remains the property of Aesthetic DJs.
Clients and guests must not interfere with equipment. Any loss or damage caused by guests may be charged to the client.
11. Media & Promotion
Aesthetic DJs may use non-intrusive photos or videos captured at events for promotional and marketing purposes.
If you prefer your event not be featured, this must be requested in writing prior to the event.
12. Third-Party Links
Our website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those websites.
13. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
To the extent permitted by law, Aesthetic DJs' liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the total value of the services booked.
Aesthetic DJs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
